During my stay, I encountered several challenges. The room I booked was initially on the 7th floor, which was under renovation, presenting a smelly and uncomfortable environment. After moving to the 5th floor, I still dealt with issues like cleanliness, as returning to an unmade room was disappointing. The lack of soundproofing was notable. a connecting door allowed disruptive noise from the adjacent room. Additional frustrations included being charged for pressing clothes despite being told it would be complimentary, and the confusion regarding room keys, with only one provided for two guests.

the lifts were a hassle. but the location was quite central, rooms were spacious, and their breakfast had an impressive variety! ! really enjoyed my stay overall.

The warmth and professionalism of the staff stood out, especially manager Khurram and the housekeeping lady Hina, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast options. However, they really need to work on soundproofing, as noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep at times.
